TV props are where I cut my teeth, and they remain some of the most rewarding and challenging work I do. Never enough time, never enough budget, always a genuine challenge, but there's something deeply satisfying about helping chefs bring a story to life on screen.

I started my journey with the Fat Duck Group, building many of Heston Blumenthal's TV props, and have gone on to build props for Great British Menu. I've since worked with world renowned chefs from Simon Rogan's Group, Gordon Ramsay's Group, and The Savoy, each project a fantastically rewarding piece of a journey that continues to inspire audiences.
