TV props are where I cut my teeth, and they remain some of the most rewarding and challenging work I do. Never enough time, never enough budget, always a genuine challenge, but there's something deeply satisfying about helping chefs bring a story to life on screen.

I started my journey with The Fat Duck Group, building many of Heston Blumenthal's TV props, and have built many props for Great British Menu. I have worked with world-renowned chefs from, amongst others, Simon Rogan's Group, Gordon Ramsay's Group and The Savoy – each project a fantastically rewarding piece of a journey that continues to inspire audiences.
