When a luxury casino hotel in Macau wanted a bespoke centrepiece for one of its top tier restaurants, anchoring its British Historical narrative in a playful, engaging way, the challenge was clear: create a complex dynamic installation that suited the restaurant's aesthetic, gave guests a genuine focal point and was reliable and robust enough for a high attention guest environment.

The result was a fully bespoke rotating display, revolving slowly to showcase the creativity of the hotel's world class pastry chef. Each arm featured inbuilt LED lighting and a safety system that halted rotation automatically if a guest's movement blocked its path, protecting both guest and display.
