Leading a creative team tasked with developing a ground breaking concept for an ultra luxury hotel in Dubai, the brief called for an object that fitted the narrative perfectly while delivering a genuine moment of wow, the kind that would result in a viral Instagram loop and conspicuous, must have consumption on the property. The kind of piece any aspiring guest would simply have to have on their table.

The concept leaned heavily into its coastal location and the natural patterns found in nature, often described through mathematical models such as the Fibonacci sequence. The nautilus shell is one of nature's most iconic expressions of that sequence, so I engaged a talented design studio in London to bring the vision to life.
